ITEMS REQUIRED BY APPLICANT WITH PASSPORT APPLICATION

 

Printed copy of prescribed application form filled online and signed. Application form is available at

embassy.passportindia.gov.in

 1.

Existing Indian Passport in original with photocopy of front and back side.

 2.

Post Payment Receipt in original (CCP No. 12-10232-9) paid to Consulate General of India, Geneva.

 3.

Duly attested Marriage Certificate in original plus 1 photocopy (whereever necessary).

Photocopy of Residence Permit/proof of address (If ration card is submitted, it should be accompanied by one more proof).

6. In the case of a child, Passports of both the parents.
7. In the case of a child, Birth Certificate of child in original plus photocopy.
8. In the case of a child, Declaration from parents that the child is currently living with them in Switzerland and that the child has no other Travel Document.
9. Requested to upload the photo online before submitting the application at the Consulate
