Applicant is required to visit personally CGI Geneva to submit application form and relevant documents.

The requirements for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) are:

a) Application form (Download Application form for miscellaneous services)

b) PCC application form (available at the below mentioned link):

https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/mission/in/nri/

c) For foreigners: please fill up Misc Services form and click here to fill up PCC form for foreigner.

d) Original Passport with valid visa / Residential permit

e) Two passport size coloured photographs (5cmx5cm)

f) Fee: CHF 22 + CHF 2

NOTE: Police clearance certificate (PCC) will be issued only after obtaining due clearance from the concerned authorities.
