Thank you Mr. Vice-President,

India warmly welcomes the delegation of Croatia and thanks them for the presentation of their national report.

  1. My delegation welcomes the efforts undertaken by Croatia to reduce poverty and social exclusion, as well as the adoption of the Strategic Framework for Mental Health by 2030, aimed at enhancing accessibility and developing sustainable models of mental health care.
  2. In the spirit of constructive engagement, we recommend the following to Croatia:

One, Improve access to quality healthcare services in regions and areas with limited access to such services

Two, Redouble its efforts to reduce the school dropout rate enable access to quality primary education, while paying particular attention to marginalized communities including the Roma community.

And three, Take steps for integrating immigrants into the educational system and opportunities to work.

  1. We wish Croatia a successful UPR review.
