International Kullu Dussehra Festival (02 to 08 October 2025)
The International Kullu Dusshera Festival is the main annual festival of the Kullu Valley situated in the State of Himachal Pradesh, India.
The International Kullu Dusshera Festival is celebrated with religious fervour and gaiety with artists, depicting several local Gods and Goddesses, dressed in finery participate in decorated chariots and palanquins accompanied by thousands of followers. Musical and cultural nights, local folk culture, performances by International and National level cultural troupes/artists are the major attractions which draw thousands of people from across the country and international tourists who can also enjoy the scenic beauty and nature of Kullu Valley.
The Government of Himachal Pradesh has invited vibrant cultural troupes (comprising 7-10 members) and 4 Artisans/ Crafts persons who could showcase the heritage/traditional cuisine of their respective country. Last year, 16 countries had participated in this festival. The Government of Himachal Pradesh would provide free board and lodging to participants during the Festival and airport transportation from Delhi-Kullu-Delhi (except International Airfare and any professional fee, if applicable).
